Dear Executioner, do you read these comments? if so I want to see your 'will win'/'should win' analysis on some of these -- SAG and Globes and so on. I can't imagine you would think that Beaufoy's script for Slumdog is the best screenplay of the year? Even for those people who think that film is an awards contender, surely it's not the script, its the direction or the overall ensemble cast/editing/music/etc? BTW I saw Button today absolutely loved parts of it and cringed at other parts. For me, The Visitor is still tops of the year (I know I'm in the indie minority here)
