It's a fools game to try and predict Oscar nominations without seeing a single qualifying movie and some 10 months ahead of the nominations coming out. But blessed me i am just that fool!

Some will feature and some will not. This time last year, Australia and Blindess had as much validity as Curious Case and Milk. And of course The Wrestler and Slumdog were nowhere to be seen...
Yes, there's always the unpredictables and the surprisingly craps! Returning to Malick again he gets attention but neither New World (deservedly) nor Thin Red Line (criminally) got any Oscars. Also Public Enemies looks great but the Miami Vice trailer was good so this may not be Mann back on form.
